At Glazy Trendz, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship within Pakistan using the following methods:

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations).

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Karachi: 1-2 business days
• Major cities in Pakistan: 2-3 business days
• Other areas in Pakistan: 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 4500 within Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 4500, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be applied.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan. If you are located outside of Pakistan and would like to place an order, please contact us at glazytrendz@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.

Shipping Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time, occasionally there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service issues.
