Returns and Exchanges
At Glazy Trendz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized products
- Intimate items such as undergarments for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability. Please provide photos of the defective or damaged item to help us process your claim more efficiently.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at glazytrendz@gmail.com or call +92 311 0359219 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
- For Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa payments: Refunds will be processed back to the same account.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs or arrange for the item to be picked up at our expense.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update our refund policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this refund policy.
